The lady clerk was very rude when my colleague unknowingly walked in during their "closed hours".Walked in about 1:50pm and the clerk said with a nasty attitude, "we're closed at 2:15". He thought he heard her say they are closed at 2:15pm and, so he told her that it's only 1:50pm. She replied back, "We're closed! Didn't you hear me the first time?!" I mean, why was their door open if they were closed? And even then, there was no need to be nasty to a customer who by the way owns a business in the area, therefore uses postal services on a constant basis. We'll make sure not to go there again to avoid having to deal with her uncalled for attitude!
