  Good inventory of items. Rarely out of stock of products i need to purchase. However the cost of the HP INK Cartridges is going through the roof.

  The woman named Sierra that works in the copy and print center is absolutely insane. Should wouldn't stop harassing and talking to me after she made a mistake. I didnt even care or respond to the initial mistake. But she kept yelling and talking to me passive aggressively. I asked another coworker to tell her to stop but he smirked and didnt help me. Finally the Manager Lawrence came over. He didn't do anything or even try to get her to shut up. If she would do that in front of her manager, what does he think sje was doing when he wasn't there. I see why staples has 3.5 stars which is insanely low for a chain store. The only reason I went here is because fedex was closed. I would like for the corporate manager to respond to me and fire this lunatic Sierra as well. Perhaps recommend her for a Pysch Eval...

  I came to this location because they offer Amazon returns. I had several items to return, and the associate appeared annoyed and gave me attitude while processing them. Customers should be able to complete returns without feeling like they are inconveniencing staff. Unfortunately, the interaction reflected poor customer service and made the experience uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated more professionally.
