- EBEmily Benz1 day ago1.0I’m never one to write a negative review but today I tried to pick up a package for my husband after UPS tried to deliver it to our house (came one time and didn’t ring the bell to let us know they were there). I get to the store and give the man my license and he said that even though my address matched I couldn’t pick it up because my last name is not the same. I asked if I could show him the email UPS sent me to come get the package he said no. Then I asked if my husband came first thing in the morning to get it could they hold it for him. He said no. Your policy and your customer service stink.

Which was my fault but his customer service skills need to be re reevaluated . If someone says thank you acknowledge them just don’t say “mhm” that’s unprofessional….
