Last time it was 11:45, but I just showed up at 11:20 and the doors were already locked. That is an insane amount of time to be closed in the middle of the day, especially as that's the busiest time of every post office. And there's no alternate hours on their website or on Google, so if you don't know, you come all the way here for nothing.
