  This is my favorite location so I frequently come here for returns and related inquiries but each time I have to deal with one of the employees who makes every encounter more difficult than it should be. I don't know her name but she's a blonde woman that's always intentionally slow and rude to customers. From what I've noticed she clearly hates her job and wasn’t trained well. I've heard another customer in line mention how slow/lost and confused she was throughout the entire process. I know I'm not the only one with this problem, I feel like she's doing the store a disservice and putting a bad reputation on this location. In all honesty she shouldn’t be behind the counter untill shes gets the proper training ediquite. Again it's good store but she’s rude and makes things difficult.

  Rude and discourteous employees who were reluctant to assist me upon first entering the store. Shameful. Please provide employees with more training to improve their customer service skills or lack there of.
