  There was this bubbly black girl that worked there for a while. She was such a delight that I would drive an extra 10 mins just because I really enjoyed her energy. There is now another black girl and she is not pleasant at all. Doesn’t acknowledge you and is always always always on her phone and seem like doing her job is a problem. The drive isn’t worth it anymore.

  Went here twice 2 weeks in a row and got sent away to other post offices once because all the systems were down another because their QR scanner was down. This is actually the third time this has happened where I got sent away ( has never happened at the other post offices in the area). The staff also reaches their hands out to fill out the customer survey on the touchscreen, the service survey with the smilie faces like :( or :| or:), every single time I’ve been here they reach out and click the happy face before I even have a chance to look at the screen. That’s insanely unethical and it’s a daily practice. Beyond these two things that make this post office questionable, the staff always tells me wrong information. Like that we can’t black out labels anymore… but then at every other post office like metuchen, maplewood, other union locations, I see people with blacked out labels getting accepted and the sign still up saying to do that. Not worth the hassle of this location honestly. Might as well skip it and not have to make a trip to another post office.

  This woman right here really jammed me up today, I have an online business where I send packages daily. Everton time i do this i choose the option to get the receipt emailed and printed. When it got to that screen this woman did not give me the option to choose what I wanted, she chose print only when I specifically needed it printed and emailed. When i complained she said its because I didnt say anything.. I didnt think I needed to say anything, I thought the options came on the screen for us the customers to choose the manne5 in which we recieve our tracking info and receipt, if shes such in a bad mood or a rush where customers cant choose how they get their tracking info then maybe she should call put sick. These people be having attitudes like they doing you a favor and th3 whole time be incompetent

  Today, July 18, 2026, at 10:30 AM, I received terrible service from a rude employee. She spent the entire time I was there on her cell phone and failed to give me a receipt for my shipment; when I asked for her name, she said she didn't have one. This isn't the first time she has been extremely rude and ill-mannered; I recall that last week she was outside smoking and claimed the system was down, so she couldn't accept my package. It shows a complete lack of respect for the customer.

  I don’t leave reviews or even go to the post office. as this was my first time but the front desk lady is definitely disrespectful and ego is to high to be working at a post office. she was rude with customers infront of me and when it was my turn, greatfully i have patience but she was passive aggressive. i understand things can be frustrating waiting for people to figure out they business while you have a line or just anything but it doesn’t give her the right to be rude. treat people how you want to be treated that it that’s all
