- MCMaya CGOct 5, 20261.0This location is always sold out of a lot of items and has a very dismissive and unattended staff. There’s another one down the road that is much better.
- DJDavid Simmons JrSep 25, 20265.0Very helpful and friendly staff
- MRMarcia R.Sep 19, 20264.0The printing is self service and not exactly what I expected, I had a few questions, one employee seemed annoyed at my existence but the others were very helpful. I was able to print my item beautifully and they did the binding which included a front and back cover. Overall very satisfied. I know you've answered the question a 1000 times but it was my first time asking it.
- JMJanet MackSep 16, 20265.0I was at Staples Vauxhall on 9/15. I needed to print cards for my business and I am not computer or tech savvy. A couple of my friends have told me that they received great customer service at other locations with assistance with business cards with phone problem. I was surprised and taken aback when in the beginning., I was met with resistance when I requested someone to help me. It started off rocky with me getting someone to assist me, but Vincent saw me looking lost and confused and came right over and offered to help me. Vincent was very patient and helped me with the entire process. He helped me to fit my logo onto my business card, and even helped me to get a poster printed as well. I was about to leave the store and never return to that location because I was so frustrated. Since I received superb, professional customer service., I will definitely be returning to that location if I have any more future needs. Let me just add that it can be frustrating to some people, when everyone is not tech savvy, but they should keep in mind that people like me keep you employed. If everyone knew how to independently use the kiosk, they would be out of a job.
