You have no choice but to stand on line, usually just one window open, 2 if your lucky. They never open on time. The employees are rude and lazy, they act like they are doing you a favor. I have been on line for 20 minutes just to ship a small envelope that could have been done in less than 5 minutes if the self serve machine was working.

My mail is apparently lost because the hold I did through the USPS official website doesn't mean anything to the person working the front counter. Instead they take people behind you in line and come back tomorrow to play their game. Horrid experience and now my mail is lost despite using the hold my mail option through the USPS's official website. Get employees who know how to do their jobs and not gaslight the taxpayers who fund you.

Also the price isn’t on the board it’s just dollars signs …. When you ask about the price they give attitude ……. Please remove the angry birds / monster and replace them with NICER people …. People who don’t mind working with customers … people who don’t mind going to work ….. people who don’t mind doing their jobs …..
