The customer experience in this office is the worst, due to the high waiting time for the attendants to help you. Sometimes the line have more than 8 or 10 persons waiting to be attended. Even though some postal workers are helpful and nice; they need more employees at this location, and it's not a recent issue, it has been like this for years.
I believe there is 6 attention booths, but there is always just 2 employees working, at times is just 1.
Been in a very densely populated area like Union City, the service should have more employees serving the population. As it is right now is a Ridiculous situation.
They make you waste your time in a non sense line.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at this location. I came in to pick up a package containing an important document after receiving a notification that it was being held at this location.
Not only was the staff unable to locate the package, but they were also incredibly unprofessional. I dealt with John and Hannah, both of whom were unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked for clarification on why the tracking showed the package was here while they claimed it was at a closed location, John became aggressive and actually raised his voice at me.
It is completely unacceptable to treat customers this way, especially when dealing with sensitive personal documents. I was told to "check another day" at a different location with zero accountability for the misinformation provided today. Avoid this location if you expect professional or even basic courtesy.
