- KPKhiara Pagan5 days ago1.0made an appointment for my passport last week and was assisted by the guy with no problem but didn’t have a photo on hand so he told me to go to the cvs real quick and come back to him. i guess he left for the day by the time i came back and was assisted by edna…. and she was such a rude worker. when i explained i didn’t have an ID but more than enough documents as backup she refused to hear me out and kicked me off the line. i came back today with even MORE documents needed in hopes of trying again and with my luck i got the same rude lady. i approached the window saying i was here for a passport and she asked if it was first time or renewing one… im hard of hearing so i responded incorrectly and then adjusted my answer when i realized what she asked but before i could even correct myself she rolled her eyes and sighed like she was already annoyed. i wear hearing aids so sometimes it takes me a while. if i go next time to get my passport for the THIRD time (cause she again refused to hear me out or help me) and i speak to her, it won’t be as nice as the first two times as i was giving her grace in case she had a bad day…

They are a big facility with tons of traffic and they literally have one person behind the window talking care of all the people in line which right now is like 25 n she is doing passports n regular mail which honestly is bananas to me…. They need to hire more people otherwise wht is the point of having 8 windows to serve when u literally only using 1 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🔫
