What truly sets them apart is their extended weekend hours—staying open until 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays is a massive convenience compared to most other post offices in the area.

Thankfully, I was in town so I decided to show up. Much to my surprise he was at lunch one day at 1:30 and not available at 3:30 PM the next. I don’t think they were telling the truth. I called Usps, and they had closed my case without any follow up or communication. They have reopened my case and asked me to call back if I don’t hear from someone in three days. May God help you if you’re moving and your case is assigned to Ray.
