- EEEmilyAug 12, 20261.0The service was terrible!!! They told me I needed to bring my Birth Certificate when I did not and wouldn't accept my application. They also said my photo was wrong. I went to Mercer County Connections and they said everything was perfect. They said Its not the first time people were sent to them after being rejected here. The Passport agent was rude and dismissive. Do NOT come here to get your passport done. Go to Mercer County Connections!!!

There was literally no one behind me, yet she acted like l was wasting her time. Her attitude was nasty and disrespectful. If this is how your manager treats customers, you seriously need to replace her. No one deserves to be spoken to like that. Completely ruined my whole day!!!!!!!

Well this time they lost it so an expensive package I have to hope I can get a refund. I hope Trump while he is busy destroying America defunds the post office and shut those incompetent people down. They are worthless especially the Post office on 130 in Hamilton and their deliver drivers .
