I had 2017 money orders that I didn’t cashed I thought I couldn’t cashed because it was too old but the cashier was very friendly and she told me me that I’ve could cashed because money orders doesn’t have due date, so I’ve got my money.

I’ve been using this post office for the past three years and have always had great experiences. The staff has consistently been friendly and helpful, which is why today’s visit was so disappointing. I stopped in to drop off more packages than I normally do. As I started placing them on the counter, the employee assisting me didn’t acknowledge me. I mentioned that I had another bag of packages to bring in, but I didn’t receive a response. When I returned with the second bag, I continued placing the remaining boxes on the available counter space. That’s when I was told, “This isn’t Tetris. Take it to another store.” For my own accountability and liability purposes, I routinely record my package drop offs so I have proof that everything was accepted. I happened to be recording this interaction as well. After the employee noticed I was recording, the conversation changed noticeably, and she then offered to take the remaining bag of packages, saying there had been a misunderstanding. She repeatedly said that I had not let her finish speaking. I responded that I had the entire interaction on video. Another employee then said, “That’s okay, she’s the supervisor.” I declined to leave my remaining packages there and told them I would follow the original advice I was given and take them to another post office instead. I ended up taking my remaining packages to the Brunswick Pike location, where they accepted everything without any issue. The experience there was professional, courteous, and exactly what I expected. I was surprised to learn that the employee was a supervisor, as I had never seen her during the three years I’ve been using this branch. I’m not sure why this interaction happened. Maybe it was just a bad day, but the experience left me feeling unwelcome. I even found myself wondering whether my being Hispanic played a role, although I cannot say for certain. Regardless of the reason, customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. I pay for every shipping label and make the effort to bring my business to this branch. I was not asking for special treatment, just the same level of professionalism and customer service I have come to expect over the past three years. I hope this was an isolated incident because this has always been one of my preferred post office locations. Update: Surprisingly one of the packages from this drop-off date was delivered with the side of the box crushed, as if it had been stepped on??? Very interesting (Pic of the Brunswick pike location) 5/5 ⭐️
