- ETEllen Truck3 days ago1.0I had a very frustrating experience with this location. Packages were lost, and the customer service representatives seemed overwhelmed and unable to properly address the issues. Unfortunately, the manager did not seem to take my concerns seriously or show much interest in resolving the situation. Based on my experience, I highly do not recommend this location.

I am very pleased with their customer service.they helped me with my return to Amazon with print a label and packaging which I had to pack at home and bring it here to return. Some return are not free to send back Amazon so staff explained how does that work. Also I paid fair price for print and pack my return item. Knowledgeable staff Definitely I will return to this location. Location is great and convenient.
