- RFrox ficApr 20, 20225.0I always noticed the ratings here are so low and have to say I had an amazing experience with customer service. Therefore I came to boost the ratings. Diane! What a great employee! She helped the customer in front of me by repackaging her package the correct way for her rather then making the customer do it herself. She apologized for the wait but I didn’t mind because that was so nice of her. When it was my turn I had 35 certified mail to process. She informed me it would take long so she went out of her way for me and got a chair for me to sit and wait while she processed them. She felt bad so she told me go home I’ll call you when I’m done so that she can also help other customers in the meantime. What an amazing employee! Thanks for your hard-work I really appreciate it :)
