  After a mix up of labels on two products we were returning to Amazon, the owner Chris Patel assisted me in straightening the situation out.They had to go into the awaiting UPS truck and sort through the packages until they retrieved mine that was mislabeled. All turned out good got my refund from Amazon for both packages.

  Matt is the nicest most hard working employee ever so patient handling everything with care wears a mask and goes out of his way for any customer to make all of our lives easier! We are so lucky to have him in Tom’s River :)

  i work at Carl's Fencing and frequent this location often and they are always so helpful and friendly here. i was running late one day and missed them before they closed but Matt seen me and opened up because he knew me and knew i had to get these documents out and opened up for me and took care of me and i was in and out within 5mins great service here!!! Thanks again
