I believe that she went above and beyond to help me while also helping other customers in n the store! She was so polite and helpful and should be commended!

And wanted to know what was in the box ( curtains). Her opinion was that they weren't worth returning. I wasn't there for life advice. I went elsewhere to ship it. She needs to be trained in customer service.
- VSVincent ServisSep 13, 20262.0Needing to drop off a few packages I was met swiftly at the counter. I didn’t tape up my boxes, my bad. Although I routinely go to FedEx with boxes not taped up. FedEx tapes them for me with no questions asked. Instead UPS said that I needed to buy a roll of tape and tape it up on my own. Customer satisfaction goes a long way. And with this poor customer satisfaction, I was compelled to share.
