  I was discriminated today at July 1st 10:43 am by the lady at the front counter. I was dropping off a package and didn't have a printed return label. She told me it was going to be $3.57 to print. I said, "Okay." While I sent the return label to their email to print, she attended another customer, a white woman, didn't seal her package. The clerk told her it would normally be $7.00 to do so, but didn't charge her. When it was my turn, she charged me, a Latino man. I may think about hiring a lawyer.

  I go to UPS all the time and everyone who works there is very pleasant and I do know most of them but for the 1st time i, got a girl name Megan, never met her before and she was great she did 3 returns and figured out which label went on each box.she was so sweet she was pleasant so that store is my go too for all my returns

  Matt was extremely helpful and patient with my returns I wasn’t totally prepared and he walked me through it very patiently. Great customer service. I love this UPS store. Thank you, Matt

  After a mix up of labels on two products we were returning to Amazon, the owner Chris Patel assisted me in straightening the situation out.They had to go into the awaiting UPS truck and sort through the packages until they retrieved mine that was mislabeled. All turned out good got my refund from Amazon for both packages.

  Matt is the nicest most hard working employee ever so patient handling everything with care wears a mask and goes out of his way for any customer to make all of our lives easier! We are so lucky to have him in Tom’s River :)
