I went to the store and had to have a print done behind the counter. The person could not after multiple times get the print the size that I needed. This would have been fine but this is not the first time that I have had similar prints done from the same system. It has all the settings and sizes totally set in the file when it is sent over. It was coming out the wrong size and all that this is the first time that has happened. He could not fix the issue at all and said that it was to the limit for what he could do,But I have been to this locations at least 20 times and they all were able to get the print out the size that it is set. Ryan in my opinion was not skilled or trained enough to fix the issue. The other person being the counter was not as well. Very disappointed in the service. I have been a repeat customer at least 3 times a week for months and I didn't like the service at all. No problem solving skills at all.

I had an excellent experience at this Staples thanks to Bianca. She went above and beyond to help me with something I thought might be tricky, but she made it all super easy. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable. It's rare to get such great customer service, and it made a lasting impression. Because of Bianca, I'll definitely be coming back to this location.

The best part about this store is that everybody who works there is very accommodating. These days that's very rare because a lot of people who work in retail hate their jobs. I like this store because it's easy to find and located in a very large shopping center and because of the employees that work there.
