- NCNoemi D. CairoJun 24, 20261.0Extremely disappointing experience at the Tenafly Post Office. The customer service in the morning for passport renewal was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Despite having no customers waiting, the employee refused to provide the service we requested and showed no willingness to help or offer any explanation. Instead of treating customers with respect, we were met with an attitude that made us feel like we were an inconvenience. There was absolutely no reason for such poor treatment, especially when the office was not busy. Public service employees should be held to a higher standard. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism at this location.
