- CDCookies Are Delicious2 days ago1.0The worker is extremely rude. I showed up 15 min before closing just to drop off a package and the door was already locked. When someone leaving kindly opened it for me the worker shouted across the room that the office was closed the 3 people in line where the last ones he would take. I asked if not even to just drop something off and he shouted the office closed at 7 so he left at 7. If the hours say it's open till 7 the door should stay unlocked till at least 6:55. He could also be a lot nicer the entire store didn't have to listen to him yelling at me.

The customer service in the morning for passport renewal was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Despite having no customers waiting, the employee refused to provide the service we requested and showed no willingness to help or offer any explanation. Instead of treating customers with respect, we were met with an attitude that made us feel like we were an inconvenience. There was absolutely no reason for such poor treatment, especially when the office was not busy. Public service employees should be held to a higher standard. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism at this location.
