- AJA JJun 18, 20265.0I want to sincerely recognize Kenny Boursiquot and the entire USPS team especially Lindsey for their outstanding service to our community. I had a genuine mail hold request and they went above and beyond to help me, while still carefully following all USPS policies and procedures. It’s rare to see a team balance professionalism, empathy, and efficiency so well. Kenny took the time to understand my situation, guided me through the process, and made sure everything was handled correctly without cutting corners. Our town is fortunate to have a team this committed to serving its residents. Thank you, Kenny and Lindsey and team, for your dedication, hard work, and for making a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Exceptional customer service like this deserves recognition.

A particular cashier is very limited in knowledge of services and cannot answer questions even though she’s been there for years. She also made a name error on my mailer and said it doesn’t matter-they’re going to look at what I wrote instead of what she typed. Also, management hides in the back and pretends they can’t hear what’s going on in the front. One customer hollered, “I need help” to the back because she needed a manager and then a manager came up. The service is terrible! The whole staff should be thrown out replaced with people who actually care about customer service and have enough knowledge to work the front without telling the customers it doesn’t matter.
