I had a genuine mail hold request and they went above and beyond to help me, while still carefully following all USPS policies and procedures. It’s rare to see a team balance professionalism, empathy, and efficiency so well. Kenny took the time to understand my situation, guided me through the process, and made sure everything was handled correctly without cutting corners. Our town is fortunate to have a team this committed to serving its residents.
