- AJAlyssa JacksonJun 2, 20261.0Terrible post office. They have lost countless packages of mine within this year. I've also paid for expensive 2-day shipping multiple times, only for packages to arrive more than a week later or 2 weeks. On several occasions, my package was received by this location and marked for delivery that same day, only to be sent to Cape May instead. The level of incompetence and lack of reliability is unacceptable. The staff and management need to be held accountable for the repeated mistakes and poor service. I would not recommend this post office to anyone.

Here’s the time they sent my package across the state when it already arrived and was supposed to be delivered that morning. PLZ GET THIS POST OFFICE SHUT DOWN! It’s not even an overstatement to say they’re ruining people’s lives.

SOMETIMES THEY RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE AND THEN SEND IT TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STATE!!! IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER WEEK TO GET. Currently they lost my irreplaceable medication for a serious condition. I WILL BE FILING A SECOND FORMAL COMPLAINT. If I could 0 stars I would! IF I COULD SUE THIS OFFICE I PROMISE I WOULD. I WILL BE STARTING A PETITION TO CLOSE THIS OFFICE PERMANENTLY! Worst post office to disgrace the face of this earth filled with incompetence.
