- ZDzach duzich6 days ago1.0I was supposed to receive two packages on August 26. The post office person Delivered my one package in my mailbox and then the other package is completely missing and I think it was STOLEN by the carrier. I was home all day and I went to go check my mailbox as soon as I got the notification on Informed Delivery app, and I found the package in there however, the second package that was delivered On the steps at my front door Per the tracking number, there is no Package there and it has been now missing for over four days. Another package the SAME week ALSO, IT NEVER SHOWED UP AND CHOSE DELIVERED ON THE APP!!!! I have not received any of these packages calling USPS has not done anything. I’m at the point where I’m about to call the Local post office to make a complaint to their management team because this is not how you run a post office especially having two package missing in one week is absurdly ridiculous without even responding to me and the best part is it shipped priority mail and they won’t give me any money as a refund so I’ve lost over $500 worth of product. This has been the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life, All I can say is good luck receiving your packages. They will go missing just wait.

I've also paid for expensive 2-day shipping multiple times, only for packages to arrive more than a week later or 2 weeks. On several occasions, my package was received by this location and marked for delivery that same day, only to be sent to Cape May instead. The level of incompetence and lack of reliability is unacceptable. The staff and management need to be held accountable for the repeated mistakes and poor service. I would not recommend this post office to anyone.

Here’s the time they sent my package across the state when it already arrived and was supposed to be delivered that morning. PLZ GET THIS POST OFFICE SHUT DOWN! It’s not even an overstatement to say they’re ruining people’s lives.

SOMETIMES THEY RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE AND THEN SEND IT TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STATE!!! IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER WEEK TO GET. Currently they lost my irreplaceable medication for a serious condition. I WILL BE FILING A SECOND FORMAL COMPLAINT. If I could 0 stars I would! IF I COULD SUE THIS OFFICE I PROMISE I WOULD. I WILL BE STARTING A PETITION TO CLOSE THIS OFFICE PERMANENTLY! Worst post office to disgrace the face of this earth filled with incompetence.
