- JSJoshua SabatineAug 11, 20261.0Employees do everything they can to avoid helping people. Truly a Hallmark in incompetence. Brought a USPS form to be processed and they just said the form was wrong and they can't process it.
- JMJenn MurphyJul 31, 20261.0I've had multiple negative experiences with the one heavier set brunette lady at the front desk at this post office multiple times. She is consistently rude, dismissive, and seems unwilling to help customers. Every interaction feels like an inconvenience to her, and no matter what you're there for, she always seems to have an issue or an excuse for why something can't be done. Customer service should involve treating people with respect, but unfortunately that's not what I've experienced here. After reading other reviews, it's clear I'm not the only person who has had similar interactions with this employee. I hope management takes these recurring complaints seriously and addresses the issue. I do want to recognize Greg I believe his name is, the supervisor, who was very kind and professional. I apologized to him because my frustration with this employee carried over into our conversation, and he handled the situation calmly and respectfully. He was willing to listen and genuinely tried to help, which I greatly appreciated.
