  We had an extremely heavy package with a damaged box and Mihir quickly found the easiest way to get it shipped out for minimal cost. He was extremely helpful and kind. Yogi assisted him and was also extremely kind. We will definitely go back!

  Stay away from this store. I sent an overnight envelope expecting it to be sent via UPS. It turned out they can use USPS instead. They charged $51 and USPS would have charged $36. I confronted the guy and he told me they charge the same as USPS, which was a lie. The package did not get to the destination by the delivery date requested and he would not issue a refund. I asked the postal service if they would have issued a refund and they said yes. Stay Away!!!!

  The owners over here are absolutely incredible!! They’ve always helped me and went above and beyond to assist with every detail. Even helping me carry heavy boxes and print labels if needed. I can’t say enough about my consistent experience here. Bless these guys !

  Very patient and helpful staff . I had a very large Amazon return (patio set ) needed a box large enough to fit it in. They were really helpful and patient as the whole thing was a bit of a disaster . Throughout the ordeal of getting the pieces into the store they remained kind and helpful . Thank you !

  Yogi and Mihir were amazing! I walked into the store at 6:55 pm, 5 minutes before closing, and they helped me to fit my item back in the box and send jt out for me. They were so kind and professional! I will continue to come here for all my shipping needs!
