I asked about a package that I could pick up and they told me that it’s probably buried under a pile and nobody feels like wasting their time or make enough money to look for my package. I told him that it was very disheartening that they don’t care and they hung up on me. The postal system is horrendous.

Asked her to help my business by picking up mail and packages and she had the nerve to say you need to call some number because i dont handle that. I dont know how that works. So i called the number and they advise me to get into contact with the postmaster. So i went back and she said look i dont have time for this. I told you what you need to do and i im not dealing with it. And she walked off. Long story short as long as that woman is in there (i believe her name was Bethany or beth) i i wi not return UPS GOT MY BUSINESS for my packages to be be picked up.. this happend may 30th. Im not accepting apologies from her or the usps they lost a customer that runs a business. For As long as she is in there. Just rude as hell. Post office lost money but UPS GAINED MONEY
