I asked her for a stamp and a stamped envelope and she was trying to argue with me because she said a stamped envelope doesn't need a stamp. And I said to her that I needed both. The when I handed her my money she put my change on the counter instead of handing it back to me in my hand. That's very rude. And she takes so long helping customers

I had also brought my passport information to try and be seen without an appointment if available. She took my information and I got my passport. But I was prepared. I had everything filled out and ready to go with all my required documents.
- DKDams KevsMay 28, 20261.0USPS service is terrible. I've been waiting for a package since May 19th, and I paid extra for expedited shipping because it was supposed to arrive on Friday, May 22nd. To this day, the package hasn't arrived. I've called countless times, and each time they give me a different excuse: first they said it was because of the holiday and congestion, then that the package might have been lost because the label came off, and then that it was already in my city. I went to check, and it wasn't there. The worst part is that the website never updates, and you never really know what's happening with the shipment. Furthermore, the customer service system is infuriating. A robot answers that's completely unhelpful and just wastes more time. We're talking about a phone, not just any old thing. How is it possible for a package to "disappear" for so many days without any clear information? I'm truly outraged because I thought USPS was a serious and reliable company, but this has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a shipping service. I would not recommend using their services if you don't want to experience stress, frustration, and poor customer service.
