The other post office on oak tree road did not have any tracking slips left so they asked me to come here , show the bill and get the tracking slip. Person refused and was speaking poorly of the other Oak Tree Branch. I left and went to the Metro park branch and the person there had no issues helping out!

- ZLZHEN LIUMay 12, 20261.0Terrible, arrogant and disrespectful staff at this South Plainfield USPS location. The worker acted condescending, kept transferring me around for no reason, and made sarcastic remarks while I just wanted to mail a small package. They picked the most expensive shipping service without telling me, overcharging me unnecessarily. To make it even worse, the staff secretly clicked “satisfied” on the customer survey for me, trying to cover up their bad service. They look down on customers, have zero customer service skills, and treat people with obvious attitude issues. Worst post office I have ever been to. Avoid this location at all costs.
