  I am extremely dissatisfied with the unacceptable customer service we received yesterday at the Staples South Plainfield, NJ Print Services department. My husband and I visited the store specifically to get information about printing a book, expecting basic guidance and assistance from someone working in the Print Services department. Instead, the employee, Ahmed, was rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no interest in understanding what we were trying to accomplish. Rather than asking questions or explaining our options, he simply told us to figure things out ourselves. After we spent time figuring out the type of pages, format, and book we wanted, we approached him again for assistance, only to be told that **we should show him how to do it** because he didn't know a better way. His complete lack of willingness to help was shocking and extremely unprofessional. We came to Staples for printing expertise and assistance—not to be told by an employee that we should figure out the process ourselves or teach him how to use the service. When we told Ahmed that we would be filing a complaint about his behavior, his response was even more unacceptable. He arrogantly told us to **go ahead and complain**, said he didn't care, and went as far as saying that **nothing would happen to him and he would not lose his job**. That level of arrogance and disrespect toward customers is completely unacceptable. An employee who openly dismisses customer complaints and shows such blatant disregard for the company and its customers should absolutely be addressed by management. I expect Staples to take this complaint seriously, investigate what happened, and take appropriate action. This was not simply poor customer service—it was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable behavior.

  Great store with friendly staff. I had excellent copy services and was happy with posters thatvI printed for a play. The customer service is very good and this is the easiest place for Amazon returns.

  I was so pleasantly surprised with hamel at the staples! He helped me so much print out papers and stickers for a birthday. He was also extremely nice:)
