Management needs to do better staffing this location. On a busy Friday, there was only one employee working and the store was packed. She was doing her best and deserves a raise. I ended up leaving because I couldn't wait my entire lunch hour just to drop off packages.

The lack of knowledge is really astonishing! Super unfriendly and if I got one more eye roll. I never understood why people work in customer service and lack knowledge and care.

Excellent customer service. That's the Priority when dealing with a service based company. Some customers have a bad day that should never post a rating because they woke up Mad at the World.
