  My experience as awful the lady with the long fingernails is very rude and disrespectful I called ups corporate office because this is unacceptable

  The supervisor SHARONDA at this location needs to be demoted or better yet FIRED. A week ago I sent my Grand Uncle to return a package(Cell Phone). He went showed his phone to the Rep the Rep printed the return label & gave it to him with the receipt for having the label printed and didn’t scan it. When my return was not processed 2-3hours after the store was already closed so he return the following morning to find out what was the issue. The Rep working that morning told him that the phone was not scanned and they don’t know the whereabouts of the phone. Then took his information to pass on to the said supervisor. She didn’t call. So When I called that evening she told me that I should take responsibility for not coming back that same evening and waited till following day. We had verbal disagreement. I had dialogues with the UPS online representatives and was told to follow up with the store. A week later I returned to the store for an update. The worker that was there with her told me she was busy with another customer. I told him I’d wait. I was there from 5:30pm standing till 6:40pm when I then called the Police. The officer arrived 6:57pm. Sharonda showed no empathy for the inconvenience caused. Even told officer she didn’t want to speak to me and the matter wasn’t that serious to waste the police time. My issue was pending for over a week, I came in to the store twice and had to return because she wasn’t there. I came back and waited well over an hour. So my time doesn’t count at this point. In the end she told the officer I had to wait another week for an update so let’s see how that goes. I really do hope the owners READ this and address her attitude toward customers. Even the guy who worked the morning shift had a way better attitude towards the situation & allowed me to feel heard. Not everyone should be in a position of power. How can you be Rude when the mistake was made on your part!

  Poor service on a Sunday. Got there 12 mins after 3:30, and the rep opened the door to tell me he won't take my amazon package with pre-printed label, which is probably about 30 seconds of his time while he is still in the store. Customer service should always mean providing a service to the customer.
