- BPBernita Parson2 days ago5.0My brother mailed the birthday card to me on the 13th of September which was a Sunday so you know you have to give it some time I live down there on zabriskie Street North main in Hackensack I never got my mail I mailed a letter to him from a mailbox which is sitting on Union Street in Hackensack on the 14th of September 2026 two blocks over from the post office on State Street . He lives on Beech st, in Hackensack across the track. He didn't receive his mail from me either. I have called several times I spoke to someone today September 23rd. Who informed me that there is a note there that says they've tried to reach out they're investigating it. How did two pieces of mail going in opposite directions in the same town get missing, because that's what they are it's going on almost 2 weeks I had to call and get a service request number for both cases. I didn't know the big post office in South Hackensack was closed what is a person supposed to do now and who do you report this to.

They do not answer their phone and they do not deliver the mail on a regular basis to our office, and when they do deliver the mail they do it at 2:00 in the afternoon before we can get our mail in the basket to go out for the day or they come by at 6:oo p.m. when the office is closed so our mail doesn't get picked up and we don't receive mail. We have time senstive mail and we cannpot keep operating like this. I have complained multiple times to no avail. Yet the USPS wants to raise the price of stamnps again! Give me a break - you should be giving the people stamps for free at this point!!!!!
