Bruce is so rude and unprofessional. Every time I go he clicks the survey on the card reader to the highest satisfaction (green) when it’s not the case. I wanted to press red due to his rudeness. He does this to everyone every single time. I saw home go down the line and click that on everyone’s survey in that line which was about 7 people. The post office needs to hire better people who are friendly and willing to help out others, also a renovation might be better.

The agent Bruce is a very rude agent...he always seems irritated and annoyed as if someone is forcing him to work there. It is a shame the Post Office Supervisor and Manager allow him to work at this Post Office. The lady agent is very nice, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. This horrible rude agent is simply terrible.

My fiancé and I went to this post office today to renew our passports, and unfortunately we had a really unpleasant experience with an employee named Bruce. From the moment we walked in, he seemed irritated with us. We were sent back because of the wrong envelope size, which is understandable, but it was the tone and attitude the entire time that made the experience uncomfortable. When we returned, he became visibly annoyed because he had already sealed our envelope before realizing we still needed the money order inside. He also got upset over simple questions, including when we politely asked if he could staple a passport photo. The whole interaction felt very hostile and unnecessary for people who were simply trying to complete an important process correctly. What really bothered me was the customer service survey at checkout. The first time we paid for the money order, my fiancé pressed the yellow face because of how we were being treated. The second time, when paying for the envelope, I was about to leave my own feedback when Bruce quickly reached over and pressed the green happy face himself before I could answer. I found that completely inappropriate because customer feedback should come from the customer, not the employee. After looking online, I noticed multiple other reviews mentioning similar experiences with Bruce, which makes this even more concerning. I normally never leave reviews, but I truly hope management takes these complaints seriously because no customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected while simply trying to use postal services.

Had a package that I refused I dropped it off at the post office. The male that was working the window said not a problem. Guess what that package was just delivered to me again.
