I visited the post office today, there were some difficulties with correspondence. The employee Doly Dadlani was friendly to me, she kindly helped me with my question. Many thanks to such employees!

This is disgusting. Aaron and Kevin BOTH told me they would handle the situation personally. BOTH told me they would call me back when the certified package I sent was delivered because it was in “The BIN”. There was no bin. Both insisted they would call me back within the hour regardless of what ultimately happened. No phone call. This package was a superior Monmouth County envelope.Anyway STSY AWAY FROM USOS. STAY AWAY FROM SOMERVILLE USPS. I even saw James, a carrier, on the ROAD. I was so desperate I saw the mailman carrier car on the shoulder. I asked him if he could help. He said absolutely. And nothing. All lies. I will be in touch with the supervisor tomorrow first thing but everyone until I do so. STSY AWAY

My important letter got lost and I suspect it has something to do with the cashier that's constantly on her cellphone while taking care of customers, not paying attention. People beware. Manville is not much better, screwed up my change of address, will try Raritan.

Listen to the other reviews and save yourself from aggravation, disrespect, and getting insulted by these workers. Would give 0 stars if able. Don’t write a lot of reviews but needed to call out how awfully I was treated by an irritable and lazy worker here. Btw, this is the same worker that was in Sergio Gz’s review, they posted a picture of the same lady. Had 3 packages to drop off, came in around 5:30pm Thurs, June 11. There was one overweight lady working that was sitting in an orange tshirt with a Simpson face on it. Didn’t even bother to look up at me when I walked in, she was sitting on her cell phone. There was another sweet lady working as well, smiled and said hello to me as she was packing up some items and asked the lady wearing the Simpsons tshirt to help me. That lady begrudgingly looked up (very irritated) from her phone, waved me over and asked what I needed. Told her I was dropping off 3 packages, I had them in a tote bag with me. She irritatedly started waving her hands and saying “ok so? you’re gonna put them on the counter?” and so I did, I started taking them out. She asked if I had QR codes to scan, I said yes. And she made a very snotty comment about she can’t scan in my packages in if I don’t show her the codes. I had had enough of her BS attitude, I took a pause, and said “I REALIZE… you told me to put the packages on the counter so I am.” She IMMEDIATELY got even nastier with me, scrunched up her whole face and told me that I should NOT start with her or give her attitude. Lol 😂 says the one with the attitude! I told her I’m not, I’m just doing what she said. We spoke no other words while she scanned in my packages, thank God. I immediately wanted to call in or ask who the manager was to speak with them, I have NEVER been spoken to like that from a cashier, attendant, or service worker. And I worked customer service as a cashier myself! But did not have the energy or time to fight with her. Do NOT come here. This was seriously the worst USPS experience, or customer service experience in general, that I’ve ever had. This lady seemed irritated she even had to work, disgusted with me despite me not warranting a hostile interaction (and just sticking up for myself after HER disgusting attitude), and never put her phone down to top it off. She’s blatantly disrespectful and incredibly nasty. I will never visit this location again. So that lady gets her wish I guess, with less people coming she can just sit around on her phone all day 😆 my receipt says clerk #30, but in case that other sweet worker was logged into the machine and it spit back her number, I’m speaking specifically about the lady wearing the Orange simpsons shirt on shift at 5:30 pm June 11. She wasn’t wearing a name tag, guess it didn’t match well with her simpsons shirt. Unless would have noted her name. But again, same lady as Sergio’s review. Especially contrasted, as I had a UPS return to drop off this same day too. Drove to UPS right after, there was a sweet young man who greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me. Very pleasant interaction.

It took me over 2 months and multiple visits to different USPS offices to get my change of address completed. Every time, I was told something different—either that I needed a barcode, a different form of ID, or that everything had been taken care of, only to receive an email a few hours later from USPS telling me I needed to return in person and try again. This time, the woman working at the desk was able to help me in less than 5 minutes. Less than 24 hours later, I received an email confirming that my change of address had been successfully processed. Thank you for your help and professionalism. After months of frustration, you made the process quick and easy. 10/10 — highly recommended!
