  I have never written a google review before in my life, but the infuriating + shady service I received at this store has compelled me to write my first review. I visited the store to buy a box + provided the salesperson the dimensions. I was told they did not have a box of that size but they could make me one for around $8. That sounded fair + I said I would be back the next day. When I returned the next morning with my materials I was told I could pick up the box that afternoon. That afternoon I arrived and was asked to wait while they created the box. Nothing had been done. While I wasted precious time waiting, the box was constructed by cutting one box down + placing it on top of another box. As they prepared to tape it up I noticed my material was way too loose in the box and asked that they secure it with paper. I was then charged a whopping $36 for the box. They actually had the temerity to argue that it was a “custom box.” Please. The gentleman who quoted me the $8 price lied and said he told me anywhere from $8-20. When I asked why i was being charged $36 he had no response. Steer clear of this place unless Amazon is picking up the tab. A total rip off!!!!!!

  I had the best and most humanizing experience at this store especially with Mr Jay Patel. I was very short on time for a print out I needed, in addition to having little clarity on the pixels, sharpness etc. Mr Patel went to great lengths speaking to his colleague and communicating with me regarding the print. It was with me on time and the quality was top-notch.
