- RPRobert P.1 day ago1.0This UPS store is in a great location and is clean and well-staffed. MOST workers there are nice except for the one clerk who thinks he owns the company. He charges whatever he wants to ship or for services and said that if an Amazon package is too large, they throw it away and just say they lost it. I already reported this to Amazon and they informed me they're investigating. When he isn't at the store, the store runs smoothly and everyone is friendly.

Not only is the service itself excellent (“above & beyond”), I literally leave here with a smile on my face every single time. Shoutout to Nick, Shuan, & everyone who works here! Authentically nice humans.

They set a tone of warm welcome from the minute you walk in! They're efficient and organized as well. This is my go-to place from now on!

The employee said that he would take my package but in the future it needs to be taped up. I told him I didn't know, the location i usually go has never told me this. I always thought they needed to confirm the item was in the box or something, but I guess it doesn't really matter. Anyway, he said that in the future, they'd have to charge me. I told him I'll just continue using the one closer to me and his response was, "that's fine, it's not like you're paying us anyway." Rude! Now I have to go give my UPS store 5 stars since they clearly know how to provide excellent customer service, and this one does not. Thanks for the free tape, I guess.
