- SHStephanie Hendricks5 days ago3.0I brought a return package in with a shipping label to be dropped off at UPS. I usually go to a different location but was in the area. The employee said that he would take my package but in the future it needs to be taped up. I told him I didn't know, the location i usually go has never told me this. I always thought they needed to confirm the item was in the box or something, but I guess it doesn't really matter. Anyway, he said that in the future, they'd have to charge me. I told him I'll just continue using the one closer to me and his response was, "that's fine, it's not like you're paying us anyway." Rude! Now I have to go give my UPS store 5 stars since they clearly know how to provide excellent customer service, and this one does not. Thanks for the free tape, I guess.

The Indian guy at the desk kept telling me it's not ups package despite the fact that my label on the package said the carrier was ups. He still told me I'm not allowed to drop off my package there. Terrible service.

Can't have a better place to go to than this store. As for UPS delivery, folks need to refer to main UPS for delivery issues. Nothing to do with any UPS stored.
