This was confusing, as I observed the same employee accepting a retail return from another customer just moments prior. When I tried to politely explain the nature of my shipment, the representative raised their voice at me. I was very disappointed by both the inconsistent service and the unprofessional conduct.

Came here out of convenience but will not any longer. Seems like other people have the same issue here too. Go to a real FedEx store.
