This was confusing, as I observed the same employee accepting a retail return from another customer just moments prior. When I tried to politely explain the nature of my shipment, the representative raised their voice at me. I was very disappointed by both the inconsistent service and the unprofessional conduct.

They claimed it was because I was classified as a "foreign mail holder." When I contacted them to clarify and send my ID documents to prove I am a local , they still went ahead with the closure. The representative I spoke with, Mili Jami. This company has shown itself to be highly unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable mailbox service.
