- EAEILEEN PATRICIA ALTERADOJun 22, 20261.0I sent an important package on June 3, 2026, through USPS in Somerdale, NJ. The guy who assisted me, I forgot to get his name, told me it would take a maximum of two weeks to arrive in the Philippines. When I paid, I asked why there was no tracking number. He responded by asking if I needed one, and I said never mind because I trusted his advice. Looking back, I regret not insisting on getting tracking information. Now it’s been more than two weeks, and the package still hasn’t arrived in the Philippines. USPS cannot locate it, and I have no way to track where it is. The package contains very important items, and this situation has caused me a lot of stress and wasted time. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of helpful information I received. I trusted the employee’s guidance, and now I’m left without answers about the status of my package.

My man Corey greet me with a smile and helped me fill up paper copy, without any questions. When it came to deliver the key, he hand it to me quietly and told me my Box number very quietly. Told me instructions and everything. He easily gets 5/5.
