Horrible experience everytime I go here. Went to stop a package that I shipped 15 mins after shipping it and was told " we wont be able to refund you your money either way. As the other assocaite went back to retrieve package and then was told it was already shipped out which I believe is a load of sh*t. Anything to not have to refund my money. Other then this incident, everytime I went in to ship, the associate has always told me an astronomical amount to ship and when question, told " oh thats the over night shipping or thats 2 day shipping. Believe they are up to no good. I have gone to other ups stores and shipping is completely different in cost, not sure if its based on the area but even online when information was put in, it was estimated to be around 70 ish dollars but for some reason, in store, they double the price. I understand what an estimate is but an estimate of 70 dollars doesnt mean double is even within an estimated amount. Be aware

I moved away from the area in July, but I still come back here because I really enjoy the nice environment. I love the new renovation—it looks so beautiful and fresh! Aashka and Mike are also such wonderful store clerks. They’re always friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better.

Very bad experience. I came here specifically to get a document notarized for school. Before I printed the document, they told me they could do the notary. I waited more than 20 minutes and paid $2.50 to print one black-and-white page. After I paid and printed it, they suddenly told me they couldn’t notarize it. If they couldn’t do the notary, they should have told me from the beginning instead of having me waste my time and money. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I will not come back to this location
