- SYSW YouJun 2, 20262.0The shortstaffing and the financial crisis of USPS is clearly affecting the customer service here. I ordered a PO box a MONTH ago, and I still don't have my keys. On the week I requested the box, they told me to wait until the Friday. When that didn't happen, they told me to wait til the second Friday. This repeated total of four times, and they never call me like they promised they would. At least they are not rude like some other branches.
