- KLKendra LymanJul 15, 20261.0This may be the worst delivery company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They all suck, and consumers are supposed to just suck it up and take it, but AIT is particularly incompetent. They scheduled my delivery 3 times. Each time I was told “you’ll get a call 30 minutes before.” Each time no one called, and no one showed up. Their solution? Call and reschedule the delivery….. Why? So they can just not show up again? They had no good reason for not showing up. I know they never attempted delivery because I have cameras outside. No phone calls, no drive by, nothing. It was a monumental waste of my time and support can’t do anything but ask to reschedule a delivery that a driver will never attempt. This cycle delayed my original delivery for 4 weeks past the original delivery date. I was so burdened by this, I went to the company I bought the product from, cancelled my order and delivery, and told them if this is the company they hired, then they can deal with it.
