When I left, I said “have a good day” and again got no response. She didn’t say a single word the entire interaction. It honestly felt like she was doing people a favor just by being there.

Horrible/rude customer service. 1st visit they had one box remaining in the size I requested but it was damaged (tears, rips, and gouges) and wanted me to pay full price. I refused and went to the ups store in Westfield where they were extremely helpful. Second visit, I entered the store and walked up to the front desk and was the only one waiting. Another customer comes in and the workers finally come out. The other customer as if I am waiting or being helped and the worker responds he's waiting and proceeds to help the other customer... unbelievable. Awful place, go to the ups stores in Cranford or Westfield.
