Always on their phones and having side conversations while trying to help you out to me that’s very unprofessional if they want a call service job at home they can simply just do that but to be on the phone having a conversation about your week/day is rude to the customer. I went there today and I had multiple packages to drop off the person at the front told me “can you just put all of them at once because I don’t want to keep opening and closing the door” like isn’t that your job to begin with? I also dont want my packages misplaced especially because they’re getting delivered to different people I thought that was very unprofessional and I don’t feel comfortable going here anymore because I don’t feel welcomed please get nicer people
