    They need to hire new people because the people that they have working here are disgustingly rude. Always on their phones and having side conversations while trying to help you out to me that’s very unprofessional if they want a call service job at home they can simply just do that but to be on the phone having a conversation about your week/day is rude to the customer. I went there today and I had multiple packages to drop off the person at the front told me “can you just put all of them at once because I don’t want to keep opening and closing the door” like isn’t that your job to begin with? I also dont want my packages misplaced especially because they’re getting delivered to different people I thought that was very unprofessional and I don’t feel comfortable going here anymore because I don’t feel welcomed please get nicer people
