- CLchristian larmonyApr 16, 20265.0I visited this USPS location on April 14th to apply for a passport for my minor daughter, and I was genuinely blown away by the experience. Flora was absolutely exceptional. She walked me through the entire process from start to finish, carefully caught and helped correct even the smallest errors on my application, and was thoroughly knowledgeable and informative every step of the way. What really stood out was how warm and attentive she was with my 7-year-old — chatting with her about her school day and keeping her entertained throughout the whole visit. It made what could have been a stressful errand feel completely effortless. The rest of the staff carried that same positive energy. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and eager to help, and you could tell — multiple customers walked out with smiles, including us. If you need passport services, come here without hesitation. A USPS location this well-run and this friendly is truly rare, and they deserve every bit of recognition they get.

Moved to Rockaway 6 months ago and still trying to find our way around. Have been in post office before but never met this very kind and knowledgeable lady. I was a little frustrated with the day I had and had to get a money order which I didn’t know bank does not do.They told me to go to post office. So I proceeded to post office. She was soooo nice and helpful. Didn’t know what to expect because being new in the area I thought “ great another aggravating situation “. Just want to make sure you know who I’m speaking of. again Sept 17th about 3PM. She was soooo nice great, helpful and felt Rockaway may have been a good move. Thank you sooo much postal worker on that day and time.

I ordered a package from Amazon, and I put the store name where I work and they still not delivering my package, I called this office and he said called the delivery place and they do not answer or no answer machine nothing. Keep ringing and ringing. How dumb is this mailman can't see the store name, it's a big store with big name display. Smfh.. They can't even hold my package for me at this post office, all he said was to open up a case a they have to call me back which I already did two days ago. No wonder why this place got such a bad review.
