  Tom was super helpful today Aug 4 2026. He took his time to show me what I was doing wrong with my label that wouldn’t print at home. Got it printed for me. I can’t thank him enough

  We stopped at the FedEx in Rockaway around 6:45 PM, just 15 minutes before closing. We had quite a few items that needed to be boxed and shipped back to corporate, and Tom was absolutely wonderful! Even though we came in so close to closing, he was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. He took his time to make sure everything was taken care of and provided excellent customer service without ever making us feel rushed. Thank you, Tom, for going above and beyond! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this FedEx location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  The service is good and quick, but the staff at the front desk in the morning could actually be a little friendlier. A “good morning” or a smile would not hurt to make it a more welcoming environment for the customers

  Would definitely come here again for any shipping and office needs. Tom was awesome and provided such a positive experience. He immediately welcomed and acknowledged us when we walked into the store. He is definitely the type of person FedEx should have representing their company. A sweet and helpful person who excels at their job.
