- YTYvonne Thomas4 days ago3.0TLDR:They gave my UPS Ground Saver package to the USPS mail carrier. USPS is refusing to deliver my package because they are claiming unpaid postage. I stopped in after work to drop off a prepaid UPS package. I asked for the clear label sleeves that they normally have for UPS so I didn’t have to tape the label on. The worker said that they didn’t have any so I went back out to my car to get tape and taped the label on the package. When I handed the package over, I asked if UPS had picked up yet and he said they had not. So, it was clear that this was a UPS package and I still can’t understand how Staples gave it to USPS. USPS also failed because they should not have accepted the package. Ultimately, I am out the money for the item that I shipped.
