I wanted to send it out quickly, but she told me the wrong mailing information and said that it was the same no matter which way of mailing it was during holidays. I took her advice! After more than ten days, I still hadn't received the letter. I went to her to check it for me. She told me that the letter was nowhere to be found and said that I had chosen the wrong way of mailing. I asked her why she suggested an unsafe way of mailing. I could have paid more! She shouted at me and even pushed me out. She has a violent tendency. It's really terrifying! I don't know why such a person is working here! It's just too bad!

- L1lv 11Dec 17, 20211.0the lady working there is the most miserable, direspectful person to customers. the last time i stopped by, she gave no greeting and said "what do you want", then said "give me your phone" to see the code for a label. she lacks manners and common courtesy for others, then proceeded to mumble under her breath how shes sick of everyone coming in. if she hates her job so much to the point where it negatively affects the customer's experience, then maybe she should look elsewhere for a job.
