- ZCzach colonJun 27, 20265.0Oh my goodness, the lady at the front desk, I think her name is Noelle or something like that, she’s just the most wonderful and helpful postal clerk there!! She’s always willing to help with whatever needs to be done, with a smile on her face. This woman is a saint, and it’s too bad people wait until one minute to closing to ask to do a passport. Have some respect! But seriously though, this woman needs a raise for doing so much for her customers!!

It was not the fault of the Ringwood post office, but the final destination was Ringwood. The gentleman at the Ringwood post contacted me everyday to update me & assure me that my package would get to me, even if he had to retrieve from another facility himself. He went above & beyond in my opinion. I received my package later than scheduled, but still in time for what I needed. I am grateful to the gentlemen at the Ringwood post office, he went out of his way to help me when other post offices mixed up my package.
- JLJoe LFeb 21, 20261.0Postman just woke up my sleeping one year old because he was incorrectly directed to pick up a package and rang the bell. Been getting loads of wrong mail, which I leave in the mailbox with the flag raised and no one takes it.
