- CMCynthia Meza6 days ago1.0The staff at this location is just miserable with their lives or jobs. Surveys at the end of each transaction are meant to be taken by the customer. Gladys gave herself a positive rating WITHOUT asking for my permission today at 10am. I really hope she fixes her miserable attitude when she’s at work and composes herself in a professional manner or find a job she likes.

- BBBriannaMay 29, 20261.0It’s actually hilarious, but not surprising, that this location has a 1.8-star rating. This is by far one of the most unprofessional USPS locations I’ve ever dealt with. I had a passport appointment scheduled for my daughter that was booked two weeks in advance. On our way there, my husband and I called to confirm whether passport photos could be taken on-site. The employee who answered the phone was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and clearly acted like helping customers was a burden. Then we were told that the manager had supposedly called everyone to cancel their appointments. Funny, because I never received a single phone call, voicemail, email, or any form of communication. If appointments were actually canceled, why weren’t customers properly notified? And if they weren’t, then why tell people they were? Wasting parents’ time, especially when they’re traveling with an infant, is completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and terrible customer service at this location explains exactly why the rating is so low. Based on my experience, this office has earned every one of those 1.8 stars.
