Horrible, unprofessional service. I needed help with an urgent manner over the last couple of days and the counter person was very rude and eating both times I went there! Even rolled her eyes!Very unprofessional. Perhaps another post office will provide better service! Problem wasn't solved!

While at the post office located at 155 Main Street, Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660, I had already completed my transaction at the register and requested to mail out my EZ-Pass along with sending certified mail for important documents. The clerk assisting me, Jimmy, pointed to the wall and asked me to grab a padded pouch to mail the EZ-Pass. When I attempted to write the address on the pouch, it was very soft and difficult to write on. I grabbed another pouch and tried again, but the same issue occurred. I then noticed a cardboard mailer, which was easier to write on, so I used that instead. As I returned to the counter, Jimmy went out of his way to take the two soft padded pouches from the table and brought them back to his window, stating that I needed to pay for them because I had written on them, and he did so in a very condescending manner. I explained that they were unusable since the surface did not allow the address to be written properly. He then called over his supervisor, David Lee, who was also dismissive and insisted that I still had to pay for the pouches. To avoid any further delays, I agreed to pay. At that point, Jayshree, at the next window, kindly assisted me with the rest of my mailing needs. She was extremely helpful and professional throughout the interaction. After observing how courteous and helpful she was, Jimmy then commented in a lively tone that I should keep the pouches for future use. I responded that since I had already paid for them, I would simply give them back to him as a gift, considering how much of an issue he made about them. I would like to acknowledge and thank Jayshree for her professionalism and assistance. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not plan to seek assistance from Jimmy or his supervisor David Lee in any future visits.

Appointment was 9:45. Emails says to be 15 minutes early. I came at 9am to wait the 30 minutes. Post office opens at 9:00am and as soon they opened, a clerk told me to wait until 10am because the person in charge is in breakfast break from 9-10am. They just open!!!! It’s 10am and still the person is not here!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS POST OFFICE! Update: She started at 10:07am with the worst attitude ever.
