- MMMeghanJun 24, 20261.0First off, zero stars but it's requiring one. This place is the worst. Do not drop any packages off to return. They may mysteriously disappear. The UPS store (such as this one) are separate entities from UPS (the carrier) . The UPS Store is a franchised retail subsidiary. Think of UPS as the carrier, and The UPS Store as a physical, independently-owned storefront. From UPS website: To ensure your package return is legit and processed securely, you can use official UPS locations, authorized retail partners, or a UPS driver. Save yourself the aggravation and do it the legit way!!! It's VERY easy to look up actual UPS locations and will save you from the headache of wondering where your package went.

THE WOMAN WHO WORKS THE COUNTER IS VERY NASTY AND NEVER WANTS TO HELP ANYONE - PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. THE ARE ALWAYS SARCASTIC AND UNHELPFUL WITH PACKAGES. THE WOMAN AT COUNTER NEEDS A NEW JOB BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY SHE IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE ONE SHE HAS! A MANAGER OR OWNER OF THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO GET BETTER STAFF. NOT ASKING TO BE TREATED LIKE ROYALTY BUT KINDNESS GOES A LONG WAY. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AND OTHERS SHOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
