  ​Absolute worst experience. I requested a $25 gift card, but the cashier keyed in $35. When I caught the error and asked her to fix it, she bypassed my warning, completed the transaction, and charged me the wrong amount. The manager was called and was completely useless—he couldn't even explain how to get my money back. Poorly trained staff and non-existent management. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Careless mistakes happen, but refusing or failing to fix is unacceptable customer service. I won't be returning.

  NOT A UPS store- staff unfriendly??? don’t waste your time coming, they will ask you to go to a true UPS store. They don’t have simple envelope for shipping.

  Worst attention ever, guy was in a hurry, angry with life and not being nice. Just fill that pay express to received in one hour as they are just standing there talking to each other. Or maybe a time line of 24 hours. What’s kind of service is this. Never coming back here again.

  It's your typical Staples store but they have very few copiers and one of the was out of service. So they only had one available. East to get to location and a great handicap ramp from the lot. Honestly one of the best I've seen as most are just grip ramps cut out in sidewalks. These were ramps with rails. Easy access from the route 202 area.

  Awful customer service at both Happy Returns and amazon returns. I will say, a few weeks ago there was a pleasant young lady at happy returns. Today, I wonder how employees dont learn customer service basic etiquette. At the amazon return the cashier nodded at my returns after putting bags on top of them. When I didnt rush to put the items in the bags, he gave a a rude look and said "put them in the bags". After I did he gave me another rude look a d said " all I said was put the items in the bag". And I responded that im not sure why hes acting like there's a problem. He said something else but I tuned him out. By the way, I stood infront of him after he checked out the person ahead of me for an oddly long time while he did not greet or acknowledge me. As I left we exchanged a "have a good day". How strange to wish me a good day when you went out of your way to be rude multiple times.
