  My experience with this store and its owner Nate Penn was abysmal. Terrible service, even worse attitude. I recommend bringing your service anywhere else.

  The staff here at the Randolph location is always great to deal with and extremely helpful .. Nate is my “go to” guy ..

  Today was the third time in 6 months that I have shown up at this UPS location at 8:40am and they are not open, despite the fact that their opening time is 8:30am. I see other reviewers have commented the same. This is obviously a consistent issue and management needs to take action to correct the problem.

  ⭐️ Very disappointing customer service I had a very frustrating experience at the UPS Store in Randolph. I went there to return a package to a merchant and was working with an employee to process the return. While we were doing the return, Nate Penn interrupted us and told me that I needed to pay $15 for the box to be delivered to the merchant. I explained that my return included free shipping and that I did not need to pay an additional $15. He then told me I needed to pay $5 just to tape the box. I said I was not going to pay $5 for tape and that I would bring my own tape. His attitude toward me became very unfriendly and, in my experience, unprofessional. I left the store and returned the following day with my own tape and my package ready to ship. Unfortunately, by then the return code would not work, and I was unable to complete the return. I ended up losing $33.13 because I could not return the item. I understand that this is a small business and that businesses have expenses. However, I have returned packages many times at other locations and have never been asked to pay $5 simply to tape a return box. My biggest concern is not even the $5—it was the way I was treated and how the fees were communicated. I expected basic courtesy and professional customer service. I am sharing my experience so other customers know what happened to me before using this location. I hope management will address the situation and make sure customers are treated respectfully and clearly informed about any fees before proceeding with a return.

  Doors were closed at 2:45 on Sunday when they’re open till 3. I had one singular drop off that just needed to be scanned and dropped. Knocked on the door and the employee just kept staring and ignoring me. If your posted hours are 3 pm doors should not be locked 15 minutes prior.
