- BBBlueWaWaMay 13, 20265.0I’m a small business owner and drop off packages at this USPS location almost every day. The desk staff here have always been kind, patient, professional, and welcoming. They are always smiling and willing to help, even during busy times, and I really appreciate their hard work. I can’t speak about issues related to carriers or lost packages, because those are not the fault of the front desk staff. From my personal experience with the counter employees, I have absolutely no complaints. They do a great job and deserve recognition for their professionalism and customer service. Keep up the great work!

They do nothing. Only accept drop-offs which a drop-off box could do even better. For example, they did not have a tape to stick a printed label to the package

- KZKalli ZervasMar 24, 20251.0I went to USPS to mail a money order and USPS lost my package. They told me on Thursday to come back on Monday to see where my inquiry was and so I came back. I saw Chris at the desk and when I explained this to him, he refused to look it up and said there was a long line. The money order was close to 700 dollars so I told him I was specifically told to come back. It was then he started yelling at me. I told him to please not speak to me like that and why was he yelling and he said “yelling I’ll show you yelling” and started screaming even louder. This was super upsetting and lowkey traumatic.
