- TTTaylor5 days ago1.0Postal service is awful. What good is informed delivery when they lie it's delivered and not. What good is saying a piece is not delivered as if anything is going to get done This place has caused me more losses than I can count.

She was so sweet I believe her name was shondra or shandra I apologize if that’s wrong but this was a Last month.

I sent a Priority Mail Express package containing my son’s urgent prescription glasses for his upcoming college classes, but it was misdelivered to the wrong location. In a panic, I visited this office. The Advisor on duty was incredibly patient and empathetic. She immediately contacted the carrier, who amazingly remembered exactly where he had left the package and went back to retrieve it for us. Thanks to their outstanding dedication and quick action, we recovered the glasses just in time. This team’s exceptional customer service and deep sense of responsibility saved our family. Thank you so much!
